Services

You want to start or expand your business...
..we offer you a range of services through our hand-holding staged approach

To develop a business an entrepreneur first needs to have an in-depth knowledge of the market, funding and labour requirements, pricing policy and an overall understanding of the business environment. The initial phase will therefore be to offer training in basic entrepreneurship skills. The target group would be both the youth from colleges, vocational training centres, universities and also mature professionals previously under formal or informal employment. I most cases the initial training would be provided through short workshops to cover the general issues of entrepreneurship and business planning.

Next step, we will select a few of the workshop participants who have a good business ides and seem serious about setting up an enterprise and enroll them into our core training modules on business skills planning and entrepreneurship.

After completion of the courses we will have a further screening process whereby we will select those candidates who will have completed a comprehensive business plan and demonstrate good potential and we will assist them in sourcing finance for their business (though relationships with selected microfinance institutions).

At that point we will give potential entrepreneurs access to incubation facilities and assist them with the management of their business in terms of planning. This will ensure that their business is managed in a sustainable way and that their loans are properly serviced. After 2-3 years of incubation we will then allow them to set up their own facilities and we will continue assisting them on an arms length basis.
